Nest & Need ("we", "us", "our") operates as an online retail store sourcing and shipping products directly from partnered suppliers.

We aim to display product images, descriptions, and availability accurately. However:

  • Colors may vary due to screen differences.

  • Minor design/manufacture variations may occur.

  • Errors in listings may be corrected at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in INR.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Full payment is required at checkout to confirm an order.

  • We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards & UPI.

5. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order in case of stock issues, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or unforeseen circumstances. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed promptly.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days

  • Delivery time: 5–7 business days
    Delays caused by couriers, weather, logistics, or customs are beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Refunds or replacements are granted only for:
✔ Defective items
✔ Wrong products received
✔ Significantly damaged goods
Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with proof (images/video).
Return shipping may apply unless fault lies with us.

8. Intellectual Property

All branding, images, designs, graphics, and written content on our platform belong to Nest & Need and cannot be reused without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nest & Need is not responsible for —

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Customer error in address or order details
    Our maximum liability is limited to the order value paid.
