  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard delivery within India takes approximately 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on pincode, courier workload, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistical issues.

  • The delivery timeline provided is an estimate, not a guarantee.

3. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship orders only within India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free or discounted shipping may be offered during promotions or special events.

5. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the courier system.

6. Delays and Delivery Issues

Nest & Need is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational issues with shipping partners

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

If an incorrect address results in non-delivery or return of the parcel, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order is damaged, tampered with, or missing items upon delivery, please notify us within 48 hours.

  2. Clear images or video of the package and item

  3. Description of the issue

After verification, we will offer a suitable resolution based on availability and policy terms.
