Return & Refund Policy — Nest & Need

We value your satisfaction and want you to feel confident shopping with us. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before placing an order.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition in which it was received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With all tags still attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, you will receive a shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The product is defective

  • The product is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and provide the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return authorization, or refund depending on the situation.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some types of products cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)

  • Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items

  • Personal care or hygiene-related products (beauty items, grooming tools, etc.)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, the fastest method is:

  1. Request a return for the item you have

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item

We do not process direct item-to-item swaps without a return of the original product.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without providing justification.

Eligible items must meet the standard return conditions:

  • Unused and unworn

  • Original packaging and condition

  • Proof of purchase included


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please be aware that banks or card issuers may require additional processing time.
